AI programme drafting

A first draft of the block, from a brief.

Write a paragraph: the goal, the number of weeks, sessions per week, equipment, injuries and anything else that matters. Loadout drafts the block with phases, weeks, sessions and exercises, using what the athlete told you in their onboarding questionnaire. You read it, change it, and apply it when it is right.

A draft, not a decision

Nothing reaches the athlete until you apply it. The draft is shown as phases, weeks and sessions so you can read the shape of the block before the detail. Challenge the whole draft in plain words, or one session at a time, and it is revised.

Every exercise in a draft is checked against your exercise library before you see it, so applying it never leaves a session half built.

Changing a live programme

Programmes change mid-block: an injury, a competition date, a holiday. Describe the change and Loadout proposes it as a set of additions, removals and rewrites you review before anything moves. Sessions the athlete has already logged are locked and never rewritten.

Where your time goes instead

Drafting a four-week block by hand is a long job per athlete. With a draft to react to, the time goes into the decisions only you can make: the emphasis, the progression, the athlete in front of you.

Questions.

Will the AI programme my athletes for me?

It writes a first draft that you edit. Nothing is applied without you, and once applied, the programme is yours to change like any other.

Does it know about my athlete?

It reads your brief and the athlete's own answers from their onboarding questionnaire, which covers their training history, schedule, equipment and injuries.

Is there a chat window?

No. The drafting lives inside the programme builder: write the brief, read the draft, ask for changes, apply.
