Terms of service.

Draft for legal review. Written in plain language from how the service works; it will be replaced by a reviewed version before public launch.

The service

Loadout is software for coaches to build and deliver training programmes and for their athletes to execute and log them. The AI drafts programmes, structures text and suggests progressions; the coach decides what is applied. Loadout is not a coach, a doctor or a recruiting authority.

Coaches

You are responsible for the programmes you deliver and for the athletes you accept. Keep your sign-in secure. Invite only athletes who have agreed to be coached by you. Do not use the service to build a competing dataset or to access organisations you are not a member of.

Athletes

Training is hard physical work. You decide whether you are fit to train on any given day. If you are injured, ill, pregnant, or have a medical condition, see a doctor before following any plan. Stop a session that hurts. You can export your data and delete your account from Settings at any time.

Free tier and subscription

A coach account is free for up to 2 active clients with no time limit. Above that, the subscription is 49 USD a month including 5 active clients, then 5 USD per extra active client, counted on the billing date; annual billing gives 2 months free. An active client has a session scheduled, logged or commented on in the trailing 30 days. Cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period and your data stays readable afterwards.

Payments between athletes and coaches

Where a coach lists a coaching service and an athlete subscribes to it, the price is the coach's, the payment is processed by our payment provider, and Loadout keeps a referral fee stated to the coach when they publish their listing.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other people's data, overload the service, or use it to build a competing dataset. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee it. Features change. If a change materially reduces what you paid for, you can cancel and ask for a pro-rata refund of the unused period.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury, loss or failure to reach a goal arising from a programme delivered through the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

England and Wales.
