Roster flags and the morning briefing
Who needs you this morning, already written down.
The roster ranks every athlete by what matters: when they last logged, sessions in the last 7 and 14 days, compliance, and flags for athletes who have gone quiet or are slipping. Each morning a short briefing names who needs attention and why, who had a win, and offers a draft message for each that you edit and send.

Attention by evidence
Without a ranked roster, the athlete who gets attention is the one who messaged last. The quiet ones drift. Loadout puts them at the top: a stale flag when someone has stopped logging, a low compliance flag when completed sessions fall behind scheduled ones.
The briefing
The briefing reads every athlete's day: what is scheduled, what was logged in the last day, and the flags. It returns a short summary, a list of athletes who need you with a suggested action and a draft message, and the wins worth acknowledging. Every message is a draft; nothing is sent without you.
Per-athlete depth when you need it
From any row, the athlete's page has their compliance trend, records, volume by muscle, a twelve-week trend per exercise, readiness check-ins, body composition and nutrition targets, and the data sources they have connected.
Questions.
What is in the morning briefing?
A short summary of the day, a list of athletes who need attention with the reason, a suggested action and a draft message each, and the wins worth acknowledging.
Does the AI message my athletes?
No. It drafts; you edit and send from your own thread with the athlete.
