Progression suggestions
What next week should be, from what this week was.
Open an upcoming session and ask for a progression on any exercise. Loadout reads the athlete's last four sessions of that exercise, prescribed against what they actually did, plus their last seven days of check-ins, and proposes the next prescription with a short rationale and a confidence. Apply it as written, edit it first, or leave the session alone.

Evidence, not a formula
A fixed percentage jump ignores what happened. The suggestion starts from the gap between what you prescribed and what the athlete logged: missed reps, RPE creeping up, a set cut short, or every rep done with room to spare. The check-ins add context a log cannot carry.
Built on structure
This only works because the prescription and the result are both structured. With a paragraph on one side and a sentence on the other, there is nothing to compare. Here every set has a prescribed and an actual, so the comparison is exact.
Readings after the session
Beyond the next prescription, each session and each exercise can be read back as a short summary of prescribed against actual, with the flags worth a coach's attention: a lift stalling, an athlete consistently under or over the target effort.
Questions.
Does Loadout progress my athletes automatically?
On the coach product, no. It proposes the next prescription per exercise and you apply or edit it. Automatic weekly progression runs only in Loadout Solo, the self-coached version.
What does it base the suggestion on?
The athlete's last four sessions of that exercise, what was prescribed against what was logged, and their last seven days of readiness check-ins.
