Structured prescriptions

Write it your way. Get structure back.

Coaches write in shorthand. Loadout reads it as you type and turns each line into fields: sets, reps, load, RPE, pace, distance, duration and rest. Your words stay exactly as written, and any field the reading got wrong is one click to fix.

Why structure matters

When a session is stored as a paragraph, everything downstream has to be done by a person. The athlete reads it and works out what to do. The result goes back as a sentence. Comparing this week with last month means reading both.

When the session is structure, the athlete logs a set with one tap, the watch can run the intervals, records are detected on the set that beats them, and you can see a trend for any exercise without opening a single note.

What it understands

Straight sets and rep schemes, loads in kilograms or pounds, percentages, RPE and RIR, tempo, rest ranges, supersets, EMOM, AMRAP, Tabata, rounds for time, rep ladders, drop sets, top sets with back-off work, and cardio written as distance, duration, pace, heart rate zone or power.

Each line is read in the context of the exercise it belongs to, so a strength line becomes a set grid and an interval line becomes stages with targets.

Your words are never lost

The original line is kept next to the structure, always. If the reading is wrong, edit the field and the text stays untouched. If you rewrite the text, it is read again. The athlete sees your wording and the structured grid together.

Questions.

Do I have to learn a syntax?

No. Write the way you already write. Common shorthand such as 3x10, 5/3/1 top sets, EMOM, AMRAP and interval notation is understood. If a line comes back wrong, fix the field and carry on.

What does the athlete see?

Your words, plus a grid of the sets or the stages with their targets. Strength sets are logged with one tap each; cardio stages go to the watch when the athlete has one connected.

Can I reuse sessions?

Yes. Save any session as a template, apply a template to many athletes on one date, clone a whole programme for a new athlete with a new start date, or set a week template per phase and materialise the block.
