Real-time logging and messaging

They log it. You see it. Nobody refreshes.

The athlete taps a set when it is done as prescribed, or edits weight, reps and RPE when it was not. The set appears on your roster feed as it happens. Messages and session comments arrive the same way, and the athlete gets a push on their phone when you reply.

Logging that respects the athlete's time

Most sets go as prescribed, so that is one tap. The ones that did not get a quick edit: weight, reps, RPE and a note. The last best for each exercise sits under the prescription so the athlete knows what to beat. In the phone app, a rest timer starts when a set is logged.

Athletes can attach a short form-check video to a completed set, which you see on the session.

Conversation where the work is

One thread per athlete for everything, and a comment thread on each session for the session itself, so feedback stays attached to what it is about. Voice notes for when typing is too slow. Suggested short replies when you are working through a queue.

Athletes get a push on their phone when you message or comment. On your side, a completed session, a new comment or a new message shows up on your screen as it happens, so you hear about a finished session from the session, not from a text.

Questions.
