Who this covers
Coaches with a Loadout account, and the athletes they invite. An athlete's data belongs to the athlete; the coach sees it because the athlete accepted the coach's invitation into that coach's organisation.
What we collect
Your email address and name from sign-in (Apple, Google or email). For coaches: your organisation name, programmes, templates, sessions as written and as parsed, messages, comments and the coaching profile you choose to publish. For athletes: the onboarding questionnaire, sessions logged (weights, reps, times, optional form-check videos), daily check-ins, body measurements and meal entries if used, and, if a watch or platform is connected, the activities, sleep, heart rate variability and resting heart rate it provides, plus the tokens needed to read them, stored encrypted.
What it is used for
Delivering programmes from coach to athlete, logging and showing progress, pushing sessions to watches, and running the service. Text that coaches and athletes enter is sent to a large language model provider to structure it, draft programmes, suggest progressions and write the briefing; it is not used to train their models under our agreement, and nothing is sent that is not needed for the feature.
What we do not do
There are no third-party analytics scripts, advertising pixels or tracking SDKs on this site or in the apps. We do not sell data. We do not share it with anyone except the processors needed to run the service (hosting, database, email, push notifications, payments, the model provider).
Where it is stored
In a database hosted in the United Kingdom, with media on a UK content delivery network. Backups follow the same region.
Payments
Coach subscriptions and athlete-to-coach payments are handled by our payment provider. We receive the subscription status, never a card number.
Your rights
Athletes export everything as a single file from Settings and can delete the account there; every record tied to them is removed and the coach keeps only the history that is theirs. Coaches can ask for the same for their account by contacting us.
Cookies
One session cookie to keep you signed in and one to remember which organisation you are working in. Nothing from anyone else.
